Williams Cedar LLC, a boutique civil litigation firm with offices in PA and NJ, seeks experienced Associate Attorney. 

The ideal candidate has:

• 3-5 plus years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and case-management skills
• Ability to manage caseload through all phases of litigation from intake through disposition
• Experience handling pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Strong client communication skills
• Arbitration and jury trial experience a plus
• Ability to manage complex multistate matters
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff
• Motivated to generate business. 

PA and NJ bar admission required. We offer a competitive salary.
