We are currently partnering with a highly respected boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to make the professional leap from defense to plaintiff-side litigation while receiving exceptional mentorship, handling high-impact cases, and building toward a fast track to partnership.
The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with an insurance defense background who are ready to bring their litigation experience to the plaintiff side and advocate for individuals and families in life-changing personal injury matters. Attorneys will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial lawyers on serious injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases while developing their own practice and taking on increasing responsibility.
What We're Looking For:
- Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
- 5–10 years of litigation experience preferred
- Insurance defense attorneys interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side litigation are highly encouraged to apply
- Personal injury litigation experience preferred, though strong civil litigation experience will be considered
- Trial experience preferred
- Experience conducting depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High emotional intelligence with a client-focused, team-oriented approach
- Ability to provide compassionate, concierge-level service to clients navigating significant and often life-changing circumstances
- Passion for trial advocacy and achieving outstanding client outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $110,000+ annually, DOE
