Experienced Personal Injury Attorney

Base Salary: $125,000–$200,000 + Performance and Generation-Based Bonuses
Wagner Reese is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to take a leading role in significant cases, with the support of seasoned litigators and professional staff. Based in Carmel, Indiana, our boutique litigation firm offers high-quality cases, meaningful responsibility, and compensation that rewards performance and fee generation.

The Role
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, with responsibilities that include:
Developing case strategy and advancing cases through pre-suit negotiations and litigation.
Taking depositions, handling motion practice, retaining and working with experts, mediating, and conducting jury trials.
Maintaining clear, responsive communication with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
Collaborating with attorneys and staff on case preparation and resolution.
Leveraging modern legal technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and case management.
What You Bring
At least four years of personal injury litigation experience.
Proven ability to manage and litigate cases independently and exercise sound judgment.
Strong writing, advocacy, organizational, and communication skills.
Initiative, accountability, and a commitment to client service.
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the team’s success.
Familiarity with modern legal technology, AI software, and openness to incorporating new tools into your practice.
Trial experience and civil rights experience are a plus.
